At The Window & Door Store (D&A Construction) we pride ourselves on superior customer service. We install and deliver products that we believe will provide homes with the distinctive look they deserve. From the initial call, to free in-home consultations, free estimates, and all the way to the delivery or installation of product(s), we are professional, reliable, respectful, & friendly. We view the opportunity to serve our customers as a privilege and strive to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. If your experience with us has not met your expectations, please let us know; while we work hard to ensure that you, our customer, are happy we may occasionally fall short. In that rare case, we ask that you let us know about it so that we have the opportunity to make it right.
To provide you, our customer, with a quality experience by meeting and exceeding your expectations. We want your experience with us to be so satisfying that you are willing to refer us to others.
D&A Construction was founded in 1992 by Darrell & Angela DeGagne in Fort Frances, Ontario. It began with small renovation work on homes in the area.
Within several years D&A’s reputation for quality work had grown, allowing us to add a 5” and 6” continuous eavestrough machine, and the Vinyl Window Designs window line to our array of products & services.
With our window sales taking off in 2003, we then added our sister company, The Window & Door Store. Adding a line of maintenance-free fibreglass doors, from Inkster Park Millwork, has helped to increase our top-quality selection of products. We then expanded to serve the entire Northwestern Ontario region, starting from the Manitoba border and working eastward.
With the help of our children, Kyle DeGagne and Jessica Ogden, and with a high demand for our services in Kenora, Ontario we added a second office, for The Window & Door Store, at 601 Ottawa Street in Keewatin, ON in September 2014.
With more demand in Sioux Lookout we added a Store Front for The Window & Door store at 34C Front Street in Sioux Lookout, ON in August 2018.
